Pro Sporting Winter League, Round Two
The second round of the STRAND VETS Winter series Pro Sporting League was held at Meary Veg Santon with 21 competitors taking part in cold, dry but windy conditions.
The leader after the first layout was Rob Corlett with 20 points, in second place on 18 was junior Zac Bellhouse with Brian Faragher in third place on 17. The second layout proved to be a be bit easier with Irene Stockil and Les Devlin tying for third place in C class on 22 points, in second place in C was Jeff Corkill on 25 and taking C class with 28 points was Ted Kermeen.
Mark Hepworth was third in B class on 32 with Zac Bellhouse taking second place on 36 and taking B class with a joint top score of 38 points was Rob Corlett. We had a tie for second place in A class between Liam Kirkpatrick and Stan Cross on 34 points but taking A class and also joint highgun was Brian Faragher on 38.
